Accounts and Communities
Arthenfold LLC operates this website. When you create an account, we store your email address, display name, a protected password hash, verification records, and sign-in sessions. We use these records to operate your account and control access to creator communities.
We store posts, comments, reports, community access records, and administrative activity needed to run the service. Your display name appears with your posts and comments. Creator owners can see display names and access periods of members in their own community. Arthenfold does not give creators access to the account email addresses of followers, subscribers, or donors. Moderators can review reported content.
Email and Essential Cookies
We also store your creator subscriptions, project follows, and creator applications. Applications and review notes are visible to the applicant and platform administrators. Approved creator names and bios become public. Following a project or subscribing for free saves it in your sidebar and does not sign you up for email notifications. Creator and project update emails are not available yet. When they become available, Arthenfold will send them automatically only after you explicitly opt in for that creator or project. You will be able to unsubscribe. Your email address will remain private from creators.
We send account verification and password recovery messages using Proton’s SMTP service. Essential cookies maintain your login and account security. Account pages and private community content require authorization.
Public and Private Content
Public creator profiles, project pages, and public posts can be read by anyone. Members-only posts and their comments are limited to authorized community members and creator staff. Authorized moderation and administration may involve reviewing content and access records.
Uploaded Photos and Project Files
We store uploaded profile photos and project media to display them on the site. Images are resized and re-encoded with metadata removed. Selected profile photos are public; project images follow the project's publication and access settings. Uploaded packages stay private until malware scanning and administrator content review pass. Authorized staff may inspect uploads and retain review records. Our encrypted backups include uploaded files. Contact support to request removal of unused uploads or ask about retention.
Project previews can include YouTube or Vimeo videos. Loading or playing these embeds can share visitor information with that provider, under its own privacy policy.
Payments
Paid memberships are not currently available. This site does not currently collect card or bank details. Payment-specific information will be provided before paid memberships launch.
Your Information
You can update your display name, change your password, and sign out other sessions in your account. For access, correction, deletion, retention questions, or privacy concerns, contact Support@arthenfold.com. Account deletion requests are handled by support; necessary security and legal records may need to be retained.
