Accounts and Communities
Arthenfold LLC operates this website. When you create an account, we store your email address, display name, a protected password hash, verification records, and sign-in sessions. We use these records to operate your account and control access to creator communities.
We store posts, comments, reports, community access records, and administrative activity needed to run the service. Your display name appears with your posts and comments. Creator owners can see display names and access periods of members in their own community. Arthenfold does not give creators access to the account email addresses of followers, subscribers, or donors. Moderators can review reported content.
Account Eligibility and Agreement Records
You can authorize your own automation with scoped, expiring account API keys. Creator owners can export supporter display names and purchased membership tiers for their own creator. Account email addresses and private billing details are excluded. We store key hashes and access metadata, never the reusable key secret. You can revoke keys in Developer Access; changing your password revokes account API keys.
Public thanks is optional and off by default. In Public Thanks, you can allow a creator to include your chosen credit name in videos and credits. Changing this preference affects future API exports; it does not remove names from material already downloaded or published. Export pagination uses short-lived consistency tokens and does not store a separate copy of the supporter list.
Accounts are for people aged 13 or older, or a higher local minimum. Minors need parent or guardian permission. Registration asks for an eligibility declaration; it does not collect a birth date, government ID, selfie, or biometric age estimate. We record the account, document version, and time of terms acceptance. The declaration is not verified age or parental-consent evidence. If we learn that an account belongs to an ineligible child, we restrict it and address deletion or other required action through support. Contact support with concerns without emailing identity documents or unnecessary personal information about a child.
Email and Essential Cookies
We also store your creator follows, project follows, and creator applications. Applications and review notes are visible to the applicant and platform administrators. Approved creator names and bios become public. Following a project or creator saves it in your sidebar and does not sign you up for emails. The optional checkbox on each creator or project page saves your update-email preference and opt-in time. It is off by default and can be disabled anytime, on the page or using the unsubscribe link in an update email. Only accounts that explicitly opt in receive public creator posts and project updates. Your email address remains private from creators.
We send account verification and password recovery messages using Proton’s SMTP service. Essential cookies maintain your login and account security. Account pages and private community content require authorization.
Public and Private Content
Public creator profiles, project pages, and public posts can be read by anyone. Members-only posts and their comments are limited to authorized community members and creator staff. Authorized moderation and administration may involve reviewing content and access records.
Uploaded Photos and Project Files
We store uploaded profile photos and project media to display them on the site. Images are resized and re-encoded with metadata removed. Selected profile photos are public; project images follow the project's publication and access settings. Uploaded packages stay private until malware scanning passes. Flagged packages remain blocked for review. Authorized staff may inspect uploads and retain review records. Our encrypted backups include uploaded files. Contact support to request removal of unused uploads or ask about retention.
Project previews can include YouTube or Vimeo videos. Loading or playing these embeds can share visitor information with that provider, under its own privacy policy.
Payments
Stripe processes enabled support payments. Card details and billing addresses are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout; Arthenfold does not store complete card numbers or security codes. Stripe processes this information under its Privacy Policy. We retain account-linked provider references, amounts, tax and fee records, payment status, and refund or dispute history to provide payment records, handle support, prevent fraud and meet applicable accounting obligations. Financial records may need to remain after account closure. Creators are not given supporter email addresses or card details.
The initial live offering is one-time support for Arthenfold LLC. Paid memberships and independent-creator receipts are not open yet. Private community files are visible and downloadable only to eligible members and authorized staff. Ending access does not erase copies someone has already downloaded.
Connected Services
Connecting Discord is optional. With your authorization, we store your Discord user ID and display name to grant and remove the roles included with your creator memberships. Discord receives your user ID, the server and role identifiers, and role-change requests. We do not request your Discord email or read your messages. Login tokens are used briefly to verify the connection and are not stored. Creator server setup also checks which servers the authorizing Discord account can manage.
We retain connection settings, synchronization status, and role-change records to deliver benefits and resolve access problems. Disconnecting queues managed roles for removal; the identifiers needed to complete removal and maintain an access audit remain. You can disconnect in My Account → Connections or contact support about deletion. Discord operates under its own Privacy Policy.
Your Information
You can update your display name, change your password, and sign out other sessions in your account. For access, correction, deletion, retention questions, or privacy concerns, contact Support@arthenfold.com. Account deletion requests are handled by support; necessary security and legal records may need to be retained.
