Support Pricing

New-checkout pricing policy: upfront-total-v1, published October 5, 2026. This prospective pricing supplement applies when your payment screen identifies this policy. Earlier payments and subscriptions retain their recorded terms.

Your Total and the Creator’s Share

Choose a support base from $1 to $100. We show the full price before you continue to Stripe. The price includes processing fees for every supported payment method. Any applicable customer sales tax is added and shown before payment. There is no additional payment-method surcharge.

For $1 one-time support, you pay $1.34 before tax and the creator receives $1.00. One-time support has no platform percentage share and purchases no goods, downloads, membership or privileges. It is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

For a $5 monthly support base, you pay $5.46 before tax. With a 5% platform share, the creator receives $4.75 and Arthenfold retains $0.25 plus the $0.46 processing fees. Creators can select a share from their assigned minimum (5% by default) through 100%; it applies only to the support base. Arthenfold’s own profile represents receipts of Arthenfold LLC, with no transfer to itself.

Processing and Tax

The processing fee quote uses a 2.9% plus $0.30 estimate, grossed up and rounded up to a cent. It is part of the price, not a promise that Stripe charges exactly that amount. Actual costs vary. Arthenfold absorbs any shortfall and retains any amount above actual processing costs. It also absorbs applicable service sales tax within its retained charges, without another creator deduction.

Membership tax applies to the full taxable price, including processing fees. The support base determines membership qualification. Monthly payments renew at their quoted price plus applicable tax until canceled; an amount change takes effect at the next renewal.

Refunds and Existing Payments

The refund policy applies to the full payment. We do not subtract Stripe’s nonrefundable fee from an approved refund. A verified partial pretax refund reduces the support base and processing fees proportionally using cumulative cent rounding. Refunds, disputes and reversals can reduce creator proceeds. Transfer timing and verification holds remain unchanged.

This policy improves the creator processing allocation for new payments only. For these payments, it controls over the earlier general processing-cost description in the Creator Addendum. Existing accepted agreement wording and historical financial records are preserved. Continuing from the displayed quote authorizes that payment price; it does not change an earlier subscription.
